Try getting some of those 100% natural fruit leathers. They’re super sweet and are totally healthy for you. They help with any major sweet tooth that I have.

As for almonds, like any other nuts, they do have fat, but it’s the healthy type of fat. So eating some of them as part of a snack or meal may help you more in the long run.

Many people lack to get enough water in their bodies, everyday. You should be getting at least 4-8 glasses, or four 500mL bottles of water, each day.
Drink a glass of water before eating your meal. It WILL make you fuller.
The more you drink, it replaces food, and there are no calories in water.
Try the little packets of nestea, the ones you can drop into your water, and shake it. It has a taste to it, & they now use splenda. I believe its only 5 calories were packet.
It is sweet, so you can use that as a replacement.
+ yes, you could eat almonds. all types of nuts are good for you. they do have fat but they are good fats.
I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss goal !

Try to have small meals instead and balance yourself with the amount of sugar intake you are taking each day. Make sure you don’t over consume the amount that you need to keep your body functioning. Nuts are rich in oil but it is not necessary for you to avoid them completely. Try using coconut oil instead of peanut or any other oils that you have but you have to make sure that you constantly change it with some healthier oils such as olive. Coconut oils is very efficient in keeping you fit but it is high in cholesterol. Eating chocolate with a low sugar content also helps as there are some substances in cocoa that will help in losing weight. Lastly, try drinking at least a glass of red wine each day but make sure you are not addicted to it. If you are allergic to alchohol or some of the substances in the wine, drink 2-3 cups of green tea each day, without sugar in it. You could also add a dash of fresh lemon juice in your green tea to give it a slight refreshing tang.
